On 23rd July 2018, the City of Le Havre and the Dalkia/CRAM consortium signed a Public Service Delegation contract to extend the Caucriauville heating network to the lower part of the city.

After the extension of the network – scheduled to begin in 2023 – the brand new « Réseau de chaleur du Havre Sud » will provide heating to approximately 25,000 households using at least 80% renewable energy. In addition to its attractive price, this green energy emits low levels of carbon dioxide (49g / kWh). This Public Service Delegation is carried out by a company named « Resoceane ». n
